Terms of Service

GENERAL
I will only accept commission requests through VGen requests & Twitter/Instagram DMs.
- Image references please! No IRL photos
- Collages w/ sufficient info & picrews/character maker images are acceptable.
- Can draw simple props at no extra cost, more complex props may have an additional fee
- I may charge an additional fee for complex characters (+$5-$20)
I can draw:
- Humans/humanoid characters
- Original characters
- Fanart
- Mild gore/blood
I will not draw:
- NSFW (specifically sexual nudity/porn/fetish)
- Real people based on IRL photos
- Animals
- Hate speech/problematic imagery
- Extremely detailed designs
- Anything I'm uncomfortable withI have the right to reject your commission request for any reason.PAYMENTS
Payment is upfront and in full after I approve of the reference.REVISIONS
- Please provide as much information as possible upfront to avoid any unnecessary major revisions.
- WIPs/sketches will be provided upon request. Revisions can be made free of charge during the sketch stage.
- If commissioner requests another WIP drawing, minor revisions (changes in color or small details) can be made.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commission will usually be finished within 2-4 weeks & no more than 2 months, depending on how busy I am. Do not rush me!
- If you would like a commission to be finished at a certain date, ask me and we can discuss further. Additional rush fees may apply.
- I will provide the highest quality/original version of your commission + transparent versionUSE
- Personal use ONLY - NO reselling, using for profit, NFT, or AI generation
- Edits like adding a different background/filter/etc are OK
- Do not claim my work as your own.
- Credit me if reposting or using.
- I currently do not offer commercial options.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to the artwork & may post on my socials/use it as a commission example.REFUNDS
No refunds under any circumstance, unless I am unable to complete your commission.
